Ecclesiastes (The Preacher)

Ecclesiastes 1:1 – The words of the Preacher, the son of David
Ecclesiastes 1:2 – vanity of vanities; all is vanity
Ecclesiastes 1:9 – there is no new thing under the sun
Ecclesiastes 1:15 – that which is crooked cannot be made straight
Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 – to everything there is a season =A Time for everything
Ecclesiastes 3:11 – He hath made everything beautiful in his time
Ecclesiastes 3:20 – all are of the dust, and all turn to dust again
Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 – two are better than one – for if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow
Ecclesiastes 7:20 – there is not one man on earth that doesn’t sin
Ecclesiastes 11:7 – sunshine
Ecclesiastes 12:13-14 – Conclusion: Fear God, keep his commandments for all shall be judged

Job

Job 1:1 – Job, man in the land of Uz
